Position: Event Coordinator
Location: Chicago, IL
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Job Description: As an Event Coordinator at Pattern Promotions, you'll be responsible for planning and executing exciting events that leave a lasting impression on our clients and attendees. Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within scope and on schedule.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Oversee onsite event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
