The Role: 

Fetch’s expanding marketing team is looking to bring in an Event Coordinator to help ideate, plan and execute on Fetch’s B2B event program. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, the ability to think creatively, exceptional collaboration skills, and has an understanding of B2B events.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Event logistics: Support of 20-25 3rd party conferences and partner-facing events each year
• Organization: Lead organizational efficiency all while managing multiple events. Project manage the budget, marketing deliverables, communications plan, merch and lead generation in an effort to execute a successful event.
• Collaboration: With marketing, sales and product teams to manage event logistics, event promotion, onsite preparation to strategically amplify demand generation and customer initiatives, aligning with business results.
• Promotion: Support the creation and management of email marketing and social for events.
• Analyze: Metrics and post event feedback to understand and measure the event’s success

The Ideal Candidate:

• A passion for creating innovative and exceptional events and experiences
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• 3 years experience working on B2B events
• Email marketing experience
• Confidence in a fast paced environment
• Experience with event management technology and Salesforce

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
