General Position Summary:

Oversee all functions necessary to ensure smooth running, efficient, safe and service-oriented.

warehouse and distribution center. Maintain inventory integrity and assist in ensuring proper 

valuation of inventory. Provide overall management and direction to warehouse associates and

drivers.

Essential Functions:

Personnel Management 

o Recruit, hire, orient appropriate talent 

o Excellent training for existing staff and new hires

o Understanding and utilizing Human Resource practices

§ Employee disciplinary documentation

§ Bi-yearly expectation and annual performance reviews

Knowledge of State and Federal Driving Regulations/Standards

§ ESD (Environmental Service Department) regulations

§ EEOC Knowledge 

General Maintenance (Building and Vehicle)

o Basic repair capabilities 

o General contractor negotiation skills

o Vehicle maintenance (PMs)

o Basic equipment knowledge (forklift, racking etc)

Fiduciary Responsibilities 

o Warehouse Budgeting (P&L)

o Driver’s Per Diem

o Warehouse Supply request

o Professional Services (when to and when not to utilize)

Warehouse Operations 

o Inventory Control

§ Reconciliation of Inventory

Work Conditions: 

Hours Monday–Thursday 5:30–3:30 (1hr lunch) 

Overtime may be required when needed (including weekend when applicable)

Work is primarily indoors in a warehouse environment.

Requirements

Education:

College degree preferred but will accept high school diploma with a minimum of 5 years related experience.

Experience working in Indian Country.

Valid driver’s license
