Warehouse Manager is responsible for the movement and production of parts not only within the warehouse but to other valley-wide locations. Other duties include but are not limited to: Organization of weekly load outs, Restocking activities, Routine maintenance of working areas.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Direct responsibility for daily operations of the Warehouse.

* Lead and supervise the training and development of Warehouse employees.

* Hire, coach, mentor Warehouse personnel.

* Monitor individual and team performance and provide feedback for improvements.

* Oversee ordering, receiving, inventory management

* Receive and unload incoming product while verifying accuracy of shipment and inspection for damages, loss, or defects

* Maintain product, tools, equipment, and work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner

* Perform inventory control

* Ability to operate a computer

* Organize space in the warehouse and perform and oversee cleaning duties

* Work with warehouse and transportation staff to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

* Ensure that company transport vehicles are maintained in good working conditions

Requirements for the Warehouse Manager:

* Mechanical aptitude, including skill in using a variety of hand and power tools, accurately reading a tape measure, and interpreting equipment manuals

* Strong computer skills, be able to quickly learn new software and be comfortable working on a tablet

* Physically able to move items weighing 80-100 lbs. and the ability to bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods

* Prior professional experience working in the garage door industry is beneficial but not required

**Experience**:

* Managment/Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)
