In this role you will lead the management of material readiness through a unique blend of equipment maintenance and IT expertise, overseeing data systems, conducting analysis, and ensuring the strategic programs' operational efficiency. What You'll Be Doing: Schedule, oversee, and participate in training services for new system users and periodic refresher training. Oversee the installation of system upgrades and ensure data system integrity is maintained. Collaborate with government, DOD contractors, and commercial activities to ensure CNSWC has a cohesive data network capability capturing life cycle sustainment data, operational usage, labor charges, and equipment configuration. Control system access and protocols for various user levels. Establish data triggers to identify maintenance trends, readiness concerns, and target cost spikes. Oversee a readiness dashboard used daily at the Navy O-6 level to measure readiness and conduct resource management. What Required Skills You'll Bring: Proven experience as an Information Systems Administrator in a military or related setting. Strong background in equipment maintenance and information technology. Technical expertise in information system architecture, compliance protocols, cross-domain synchronization, artificial intelligence interface, and accessibility links. Proficiency in managing and coalescing data from various systems. Analytical skills to identify life cycle management trends and formulate budgetary information. What Desired Skills You'll Bring: Experience in overseeing training services and system upgrades. Collaboration skills to work with government, DOD contractors, and commercial activities. Ability to establish data triggers for maintenance trends and readiness concerns. Previous experience in a similar role within the Naval Special Warfare Command is advantageous.
