About the Role:
Solicits and analyzes requests for proposals, negotiates contracts, and coordinates supplier integration plans with internal clients for all goods and services for consumption by internal stakeholders, business unit or function. Identifies projects to apply sourcing and purchasing/procurement methodology. Responsible for process reengineering, compliance management, value capture, and supplier relationship management to support comprehensive category management. Establishes a supplier relationship management process with continuous improvement goals/programs. Monitors market dynamics and communicates changes that affect internal client needs. Partners with internal clients and stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, conduct buyer/market profiles, share marketplace trends, share best practices, and define acceptable service levels._
Your Contributions (include, but limited to:Identifies, evaluates, and negotiates with suppliers that offer a competitive advantage to the organization
Manages the organization's RFP process and evaluates potential suppliers to ensure that cost, quality, inventory levels, and supply chain operations meet organizational needs
Tracks supplier performance and compliance with expectations or contractual terms
Identifies duplicated purchases across the organization and leverages bulk purchasing power to negotiate price discounts
Ensures that all purchasing activities comply with applicable regulations and guidelines
May work in a specialized purchasing area, such as commodities or raw materials

BA degree in Business, Procurement/ Supply Chain or related field or equivalent work experience and 6 years of relevant experience in procurement, experience in a life science, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical environment required. Experience working with ERP system required OR
Master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, experience in a life science, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical environment required. Experience working with ERP system required
ISM, APICS/ASCM, Lean Six Sigma, Leadership certification(s) a plus

Ability to build collaborative relationships
Power BI, Visio & Projects skills preferred
Customer-focused with proven negotiation, analytical problem solving and training skills

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Strong knowledge of ERP systems required, ReQlogic and Great Plains a plus

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $93,200.00-$135,275.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.Full Time
