Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable, self-disciplined, person with strong attention to detail and time-management skills to provide outstanding service to potential and existing customers. The position involves data entry, incentive pay tracking and assisting with a variety of office functions, including scheduling service and coordinating the installation/service calendar. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, is flexible, detail-oriented and works well independently. They must also be capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Prior dispatching skills a strong plus.

Qualifications

• The ideal person will: 
• Have strong phone communication skills, ability to think on their feet in a fast paced, mulsti-tasking environment.
• Have strong computer skills, including Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, and can learn Service Titan Software.
• Please be able to type 40 WPM.
• Be capable of functioning in a rapid-paced environment and prioritizing daily responsibilities.
• Have the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base including customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• Must ensure customer reporting is completed with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Full Time position Requirements: **Note this Position has unusual Hours** while on occasion being able to make and receive calls on a company cell phone after hours. If this schedule creates any challenges for you, please do not apply.
