Sales Coordinator:

*Review salesmen open orders and determine what needs to be done with them *Enter any sales calls that salesmen need *Enter any orders that salesmen need *Set up customer accounts *Direct new sales leads to the outside salesmen *Review customer’s sales history and get with the purchasing coordinator to ensure the product is staying in stock. *Maintain stock levels for priority customers *Review and manage open orders *Fill out special order requests *Create quotes *Make appointments with prospects *Enter sales calls *Maintain a positive relationship with sales people *Go to all sales meetings

Purchasing Coordinator:

*Review stock purchase orders and make any necessary changes *Review/Create transfers purchase orders to and from other branches. *Review receiving stock receipts and ensure no mistakes were made *Communicate with vendors via email or phone *Monitor stock levels in the store to ensure there are no empty spots on the shelf. *Bill Drop shipments *Ensure 100% fulfillment on active items

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
