The Private Dining Sales Coordinator is responsible for selling Private Dining Events in T.Cook’s and Mix Up bar. This position will be seeking potential business opportunities for T.Cook’s and Mix Up bar. Additional responsibilities include contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event with pertinent hotel staff to ensure a high level of service.

The Private Dining Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for building relationships in the surrounding community and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position will work closely with Restaurant Managers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Sales prospecting, selling, booking, coordinating events (large parties, patio buy-outs, private dining, Via Capella or any in house group dining requests)
• Conduct site inspections
• Build relationships with local community, regular guests and Destination Management Companies
• Work closely with Restaurant/ Culinary leaders to build and maintain large party handouts, guidelines and restaurant event orders

Must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
