Parker and Sons is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. The general job function of the Sales Lead Coordinator is to coordinate leads and turn overs from technicians, setting appointments and maximizing each opportunity with the end goal of completing the sale. The Sales Lead Coordinator will also be responsible for recapturing opportunities and follow ups.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Handle turn overs and leads for water sales, cameras, and other major plumbing repairs
• Work with dispatchers to prioritize jobs on top lead setting technicians
• Follow up on missed opportunities from calls with qualifying lead factors or sales leads from Management
• Large project coordination by booking job, tracking equipment in Excel, and coordinating apprentice schedules
• Any additional tasks management deems as necessary

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• High level of sales, customer service and dispatch experience (2-3-year experience)•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel•Advanced verbal and written communication •High School Diploma or equivalent•Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
