We're on the lookout for an Administrative Secretary who will be the embodiment of exceptional customer service—no prior experience necessary, just a genuine passion for delighting others!

  • While prior experience isn't required, a background in customer service is preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Embrace each phone call with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Extend a warm welcome and assist all visitors with positivity and grace
  • Keep our office organized by efficiently filing documents and maintaining records
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day administrative tasks

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
