ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for generating referrals for home health care by establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other service providers.

• Utilize company CRM to identify potential referral sources, generate leads, create a consistent sales pipeline with daily/weekly routing, and document all client interactions.
• Develop and execute client outreach via email campaigns, cold calls, and walk-ins.
• Work closely with your team to provide exceptional customer service that will solidify these accounts as lifetime customers.
• Responsible for the early-stage growth and establishing critical client relationships.
• Make direct client contact when referral received in person or by phone to ensure patient has clear understanding of home health services.

An active Driver's License with auto insurance and negative TB Test are required for the position.
