We are looking for dedicated Registered Nurses that would provide amazing home health care to all their patients in the West side of Maricopa County.
Per Diem:
We offer $55.00 - $125.00 per visit depending on what type the Full IRS of $0.67 cents a mile (mileage reimbursement)

A Registered Nurse License in the state of Arizona or with Multistate, AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR/BLS Certification and current Negative TB Test are required for the position.

- Covid19 Vaccination Record / Signed Religious Exemption Form
- Flu Shot/signed Declination form
- Hep B test result/Signed Declination Form
