• Up to $100,000/per year thru our hybrid pay scale
• Base salary of $40,000 per year Type of Visit mileage

SCHEDULE:

• Thursday - Monday
• 40 hours a week for 5 days
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for traveling to a patient’s home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds and updating Doctors about their patient’s health.

• Administer initial, on-going comprehensive assessments, chart observations, follow up skilled nursing visits in the patient's home.
• Initiates the plan of care and necessary revisions including obtaining written physician orders for changes
• Coordinate appropriate care, encompassing various healthcare personnel (such as Physician, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides and external providers) that are in patient’s care plan
• Effectively plans and organizes work assignment, manages and sets competitive priorities, and completes work assignments with a minimum of direct supervision and within established time frames.
• Perform duties consistent with the Nursing Practice Act including the Standards of Competent Performance and adhere to the company policies and protocols.
• Attends care conferences, initiates interdisciplinary referrals and participates in care coordination as needed.

Requirements:

• RN License in the State of Nevada
• Updated Credentials
  1. CPR / BLS
  2. Negative TB Test Result
  3. Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  4. Flu Shot / Signed Declination Form
  5. Hep B / Signed Declination Form
• Covid-19 Vaccination / Signed Religious Exemption Form
• Immunization Records (MMR, Tdap, Varicella)

Others:

• Will be driving to patient's residences
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must be in good health and be able to fulfill the physical requirement
• Must be willing to drive all-over Nevada
• With Home Health Care experience preferred
• W4 type of employment
