Job Summary 
This position’s responsibility is to drive huge impact in a fast-growing B2B SaaS business. A Sales Development Representative, is instrumental in increasing revenues by maximizing inbound lead-to-demo conversion rate as the customer’s first point of contact, run experiments to optimize response rate as well as being the crucial link between our Marketing and Sales team.
Location
Remote/Work from Home from the following US States:
CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, 
Expected base salary range
Depending on location and experience of candidate: $45-50,000/year plus incentive 
Responsibilities / Essential Functions 
  • Manage a large flow of incoming lead data
  • Assist Marketing Team with testing, execution, and reporting on lead quality
  • Successfully overcome prospective customer objections as well as answer initial questions
  • Collaborate closely with Sales team members to schedule customer meetings
  • Reporting metrics of lead generation through Salesforce and other platforms as needed 
Requirements 
  • At least completed high school level education, advanced education preferred 
  • Minimum 2 years relevant sales experience (SaaS field strongly preferred) 
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, curious self-starter
  • Avid learner
  • Extremely organized
  • A clear communicator with effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build professional and trusting relationships with customers from all around the world
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems, like Salesforce, preferred
