L TROOPERS / ALLIANCE HEALTH is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Miami, FL

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team and support the organization in business development; scheduling of head lice screening appointments at schools, daycares, and camps. This will be accomplished primarily through outbound calls and emails, and on-site visits

The ideal candidate for this position should be an exceptional relationship builder, have sales acumen and drive, is extremely organized and willing to hustle.

Lice Troopers is the all-natural, guaranteed Head Lice Removal Service™ that manually removes the head louse parasite safely and discreetly in child-friendly salon settings, or other chosen location. Providing safe solutions for frantic families, the Lice Troopers team has successfully treated thousands of families nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Make a connection with Point of Contact at schools via outbound email, phone calls, and on-site visits
  • Follow-up with prospects should they not be reachable on prior attempts or if they requested additional information
  • Enter up-to-date leads/prospects activity and details into customer relationship management database and appointment system
  • Assist with scheduling of school-wide head lice screenings
  • Track and maintain project and company reports and forms as directed (including contact lists, Daily & Weekly Reports, Client Cards, etc.)
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with clients and technicians one day prior in collaboration with the Customer Service Manager
  • Serve as backup to answering phones for customer service team
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in a sales, marketing or customer centric business environment with administrative responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Must have ability to work independently and collaboratively
