We have a unique Opportunity at Cape cod Staple, Pain d'Avignon. We are Hiring a Pastry chef or a Pastry Sous chef Ready to take that next step.
This position we are looking to fill will comence with the cafe open daily of which a counter is the centerpiece showcasing some of our whole sale items and the Boulangerie which serves three services plus a very sucsessful brunch.
We are looking for someone well rounded in their training, must be able to produce baked items, tarts, pies, cheese cake's as well as plated desserts for the restaurant. We would like a detailed, Professional that is able to lead by example, assit the chef's manage a full kitchen with 1 to 2 years in a similar role. We have a high ceiling for growth within our company for the right candidate. we offer payed time off, medical and competative wages.
