Pacifica Residential is Hiring a Regional Property Manager Near Seattle, WA

Pacifica Residential is looking for a Regional Property Manager to join our team!

Pacifica Residential is a private company that specializes in providing professional, resident focused apartment and condominium community management. We believe that developing solid relationships with our residents, employees, vendors, investors, and partners is at the forefront of our success.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee the management and operations of our diverse portfolio of properties in our Seattle area. The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for maximizing property performance, ensuring high tenant satisfaction, and achieving financial goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and operations of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in our Seattle area.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies to achieve financial targets, including revenue growth, expense control, and maximizing property value.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and adherence to lease agreements.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues, safety concerns, and property improvement opportunities.
  • Supervise on-site property managers and leasing staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to track property performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leasing team to develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
  • Foster positive tenant relations by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to property management and tenant rights.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in property management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Regional.
  • Experience in property management, with a strong emphasis on managing multi-site portfolios.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial targets and optimizing property performance.
  • Strong knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with low occupancy properties.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
