OxBlue is hiring a Junior Account Manager to join our growing Sales team.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, we’ve helped more than 5,900 clients across 45 countries manage, monitor and market success on the jobsite.
As a Junior Account Manager you would:
  • Engage with clients post-sale, creatively adding value throughout the life cycle to grow share of wallet penetration
  • Discover new revenue opportunities with client contact, other individuals within customer and/or stakeholders on project
  • Increase client retention and growth by conducting regular check-ins calls and quarterly meetings
  • Function as the strategic point of contact for clients
  • Inform new and existing clients of upgraded product lines and new offerings
  • Partner with the Client Support team to ensure an extraordinary client experience.
You Have:
  • 2-4 Years of Account Manager experience
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver exceptional client experience
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation abilities
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • A problem-solving attitude
  • Strong generalist capabilities and the ability to wear many hats in the sales process
