OxBlue is hiring a Junior Account Manager to join our growing Sales team.

As a Junior Account Manager you would:
- Engage with clients post-sale, creatively adding value throughout the life cycle to grow share of wallet penetration
- Discover new revenue opportunities with client contact, other individuals within customer and/or stakeholders on project
- Increase client retention and growth by conducting regular check-ins calls and quarterly meetings
- Function as the strategic point of contact for clients
- Inform new and existing clients of upgraded product lines and new offerings
- Partner with the Client Support team to ensure an extraordinary client experience.
- 2-4 Years of Account Manager experience
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver exceptional client experience
- Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Strong relationship management skills
- Great organizational and time management skills
- A problem-solving attitude
- Strong generalist capabilities and the ability to wear many hats in the sales process
- Previous cold-calling experience
