- Title: Warehouse Assistant Manager - Bilingual
- Reports To: Operations Manager
- Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-exempt
- Normal Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Starting Salary: $40,000 annual salary
- Ensure all team members adhere to quality and safety standards
- Completion of daily workflows of self and team members
- Provide Inventory weekly reports to Operations Manager
- Operate Forklift on a daily basis
- Mentor and develop team members
- Loading and unloading export containers
- Receiving and unloading palletized merchandise
- Experience in loading and unloading export containers
- Intermediate computer experience – Outlook and warehouse managing software (WMS) is preferred but will train
- Proficient with Excel
- Min 5 - 8 years experience in warehouse/logistics
- Min 5 years experience in operating/handling forklift trucks (sit down, stand up, electric pallet, etc.)
- Able to lift 50 lbs boxes
- Able to work in climate controlled environment
- Min 5 years in leading a team
- Must pass a background check
