- Position: Warehouse Operations Lead Job Description
- Reports To: Assistant Warehouse Manager
- Classification: Full-Time, Regular, Non-exempt
- Normal Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Starting Hourly $20-$24 (Varies per experience)
- Completion of daily workflows of self and team members
- Assist the Assistant Warehouse Manager with weekly inventory count
- Load and receive palletized freight
- Operate Forklift on a daily basis
- Loading and unloading export containers
- Assist with keeping the warehouse organized
- Product / Case segregation
- Inventory counting and cycling
- Data Entry
- Develop and mentor team members
- Experience in loading and unloading export containers
- Intermediate computer experience – Outlook and warehouse managing software (WMS) is preferred but will train
- 5 year’s experience in warehouse/logistics
- Must work well under pressure
- 5 year’s experience in operating/handling forklift trucks (sit down, stand up, electric pallet, etc.)
- Able to lift 50 lbs boxes
- Able to work in climate controlled environment
- 2-5 years in Leadership Skills
- Must pass a background check
