The Facilities Operations Lead role is a pivotal position within our organization, overseeing the management and development of our facilities and construction projects in a dynamic and diverse region. If you have a passion for facilities management, construction, and strategic leadership. This position will require flexibility with working hours to accommodate different time zones and be on call during any emergencies. This position will report directly to the Director of Real Estate & Facilities and will be based out of our Miami office.
In-office attendance will be required and some travel will be required.
As the Facilities Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our facilities, construction projects, and real estate assets across North America. Your role will encompass project management, budget oversight, vendor management, and ensuring that our facilities meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.
