• Monday: 9am-5pm
• Tuesday: 9am-5pm
• Wednesday: 12pm-8pm
• Thursday: 12pm-8pm
• Friday: 9am-5pm

Position Overview:

• Responsible for daily maintenance of warehouse and storage facilities.
• Organization of all POS, uniform, warehouse materials and maintain inventory in the ASAP Inventory Management & Asset Tracking Software Systems.
• Responsible for assessing, ordering, and communicating all incoming POS shipments.
• Work with SFL Management Team to coordinate necessary POS deliveries and event requests.
• Event requests may also include display and/or bar set up and breakdown, venue and/or event photographs, etc.
• Work with team to coordinate local requests and make deliveries.
• Work with SFL Event Management Team to coordinate weekly kits for weekly events. This includes training staff on machinery for events as well as reviewing kits with staff.
• Maintain email communication as well as warehouse sign-up log with team.
• Prioritize time to ensure all requests, deliveries, event kits and warehouse organization is completed in a timely manner and according to deadlines.

Management Responsibility: (client, distributor, and reporting relationships)

• Reports to Senior Manager.
• Manage expectations to ensure Senior Manager/Supplier/Distributor are aware of scheduling/delivery conflicts and issues.
• Record Part Time hours (20-40 hours per week) on calendar as well as enter timesheet on time.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to prioritize time efficiently between warehouse responsibilities and requests.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Daily communication with Senior Manager, Associate Manager(s) and Brand Ambassador peers.
• Trouble-shoot challenges for resolution.
• Participate in regularly scheduled training meetings, calls, workshops & exercises.
• Learn, understand, and adhere to company and local operating procedures and policies.
• MUST have dependable vehicle (SUV or Van preferred).
• Must be able to lift 30lbs.
• Clean driving record.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be proficient & accessible to using Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint programs.
• Excellent communication & people skills.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to carry heavy trays, boxes, objects (min of 30lbs).
• Able to maintain a pleasant disposition & demeanor under stress.
• Previous promotional/marketing experience & Warehouse experience a plus.
• Responsible & reliable.
• Clean, neat & organized.
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
• Punctual.
• Valid to work as an employee in the US.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Must have your own method of transportation.
• English language proficiency, both written & verbal.
