Position Overview:

The Warehouse and Shipping Specialist plays a critical role in our operations, ensuring the efficient handling and preparation of products for national shipping. This position encompasses responsibilities from receiving and organizing inventory to meticulously packing and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating precision and commitment to quality in every task.

Key Accountabilities:

• Receive and inspect products delivered to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Prepare and pack orders with care, ensuring they meet Meat N’ Bone’s standards for quality and presentation, ready for national shipping.
• Organize inventory within the warehouse, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Assist in managing inventory transfers to other stores, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping areas.
• Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

• Previous warehouse and shipping experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift objects up to 30lbs regularly.
• Keen attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation:

• $12.00 - $14.00 per hour, based on experience. Part-time or full-time positions available.
