OUTCOMES OPERATING INC is Hiring a Partner Manager Near Dublin, OH

JOB SUMMARY

As Partner Manager, you will be front and center with our customers and vendors. You will be responsible for the vendor relationship management from start to finish ensuring successful identification, scoping, contracting, implementation, utilization, and customer satisfaction.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develops and manages select vendor relationships with a primary focus on PMS and POS integrated capability vendors.
  • Partners with all departments to deliver information and education on the ever-changing industry, the new vendors, and evolving capabilities to deliver an effortless customer experience.
  • Builds business case to support strategic rationale, financial viability, and supportability of any proposedrelationship.
  • Establishes the business model and negotiates contracts related to assigned vendors.
  • Stays up to date on pharmacy regulations and makes recommendations to leadership team to ensure TDS products and services remain in compliance and customers are enabled with required solutions.
  • Explains complex issues in layman terms, actively listens, to ensure customers share issues/questions once and understand answers.
  • Empathizes with customers because they understand the big picture and how important filling in gaps in TDS solutions are for the ultimate success of TDS customers.
  • Plans, organizes, and priorities job while working with teams to achieve maximum results.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, muti-tasking, problem-solving, and
    communication skills.
  • Proven success in a business development and/or sales role
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum years of work experience: 5 years
  • Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors or equivalent work experiencein Business Development

  • Frequent sitting in stationary position at a desk
