Job Summary

New Orleans firm is seeking an experienced legal typist / secretary. The ideal candidate will know the basic rules of typing for civil litigation in Louisiana. The right applicant will dependable and punctual. This position requires that the candidate have recent litigation experience and experience in handling all aspects of the litigation in Louisiana civil courts and Federal Court. They need to have good typing and software skills and have the ability to : *Type digital dictations * Draft Correspondence * Upload emails to a server * Maintain physical and digital files * Edit completed work for grammar, spelling and punctuation * print and scan files as needed.
