Lawyer with established clients seeks to expand Firm immediately. For the Attorney this presents a great opportunity for the introduction to several Fortune 500/ Fortune 1000 companies in addition to Insurance Companies. Lawyer will be given the opportunity to build a base of business with the originating Lawyer who is well connected to numerous large clients. The ultimate objective is to create a win-win relationship between the Lawyer hired and the Founding partner with clients. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, organized self-starter who has 1st chair trial experience in Federal and State court. The candidate should be willing to handle all aspects of Litigation and be willing to do Corporate and insurance defense work from a portfolio of cases. This requires the applicant maintain excellent control over their cases and calendar, have software skills and a willingness to comply with the typical requirements of corporations and insurance companies, including submitting periodic reports to the Founding Partner, comprehensive opinion letters and litigation budgets.
Additionally, the firm also has some work in general civil practice including personal injury and other matters.
Given the International pandemic, the firm recognizes that some of its large clients and others will not pay promptly in the immediate future as they have historically in the past. Thus, the Lawyer must be willing to be paid when the firm gets paid (or be able to operate on a monthly advance) as necessary. Please send your resume, background and salary expectations
