Orlandol Credit Union is Hiring a Marketing Campaign Coordinator Near Orlando, FL

Position Summary

This position champions Orlando Credit Union’s Mission, Vision, and Values and endeavors to ensure that the organization is achieving its mission to build lifelong relationships with each member, internally and externally, by empowering their financial momentum.The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for delivering and developing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Conduct market research to identify potential members and analyze their needs and interests.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and programs for target segments.
  • Build strategic marketing campaign objectives by reporting on sales performance by channel.
  • Set and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) by marketing campaign or advertising effort.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead the creation of written content for campaign materials and product sheets, working closely with other team members.
  • Champion omni-channel campaign planning including digital media channels, public relations strategy, and internal communications.
  • Determine and identify marketing project management software solutions to enable execution of deliverables.
  • Coordinate between different departments that the marketing team may liaise with.
  • Analyze data, including financial statements, market research, digital reporting outputs, and customer surveys, to identify trends that could affect the company’s products or services.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on marketing campaigns.
  • KPI creation for digital platforms experience a must.

Basic Skills

  • Banking or credit union experience a plus.
  • Have a professional record of success in managing multiple marketing projects for key stakeholders while maintaining excellent communication.
  • Have experience within a small team executing work on behalf of an organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills; be a highly motivated and well-organized person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Abilities

  • Must truly enjoy directly working and building relationships with people across a wide variety of dispositions and personalities. The ability to positively engage quickly and maintain that engagement throughout the entire transaction process is critical.
  • Ability to analyze member needs and make appropriate product/service recommendations. Consistently demonstrates the ability to think independently, outside the box, by effectively responding to each individual member’s unique situation.
  • Display courtesy, tact, and diplomacy during personal contact with others inside and/or outside of the organization for purposes of providing or obtaining information, building relationships, and/or soliciting cooperation.
  • Demonstrate an unsurpassed commitment to exceptional member service and teamwork that ensures an excellent experience with each encounter.
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of all credit union accounts and services including electronic services.
  • Ability and willingness to refer credit union products and services by utilizing existing customer services skills and tools attained though credit union training and coaching sessions.
  • Strong technology capabilities. Able to learn and comply with Truth in Savings Act, Patriot Act, Reg. CC, BSA, OFAC, and FACT Act.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidates must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit check. The position is contingent upon meeting these prerequisite requirements. 
  • Staff are normally assigned to one branch, office location, or remote worksite, but will be required on occasion to work from a different location or branch and attend in-person meetings. Reliable transportation is necessary to fulfill this requirement.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Physical Demands: Physical requirements involve performing general office activities. This role will be required to regularly stand, sit, and talk for long durations. The role will also frequently walk, reach with hands and arms, and will occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Working Environment: Normal climate-controlled office setting with moderate noise.
