Marketing and Special Events Coordinator

SOCIAL MEDIA

• Collaborate with Marketing Director to create a social media calendar.
• Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms.
• Review progress and analytics with Marketing Director
• Identify and analyze competitors and evaluate market trends on social channels.
• Interact with users and respond to reviews and social media messages, inquiries, and comments.

Content, ADVERTISING, & Promotional Items

• Event Coordinator at the Haines City Facility
• Collaborate with PROFLEX/FORPAC team and Graphic Designer to submit changes for catalogs/brochures.
• Organize launch for new products (Circulate and manage new products Checklist)
• Manage and post all projects with Marketing Team on MS Planner Job Board with Microsoft TeamsServe as liaison for artwork, content creation, and revision with Technical Team and Marketing Director/Design team.
• Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
• Create, collaborate, and edit existing and new product labels, technical data, and packaging layouts, aligned with current brand guidelines.
• Create and update Product Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets
• Coordinate and meet advertising expenses and deadlines with publications once approved by Marketing Director

TRADE SHOWS

• Coordinate supplies/set up and attend statewide trade show events.
• Produce live social media content related to trade shows.
• Track, manage, and submit all invoices for Marketing expenses that are approved by Marketing Director

WEBSITES

• Maintain and update the FORPAC & PROFLEX websites in Word Press
• Post testing and data sheets

Requirements:

• Travel between Orlando location and Hanes City, Fl. .
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2-3 Year’s Marketing experience
