About AutoPayPlus We are a 90 and growing employee company located on the 12th floor of the Wells Fargo building in downtown Orlando on Magnolia Ave. We are a payments company focusing on biweekly payments to attract customers to us through hundreds of automotive dealers across the United States as we make the transition to what is more commonly known now as a FinTech Company. AutoPayPlus by US Equity Advantage has been in business for more than 20 years and we continually grow year after year. 2023 however represents a unique opportunity for us to grow by 50% or more due to factors in the industry favorable to us. About the Role Due to our continued growth, the marketing team is expanding, and a junior marketing position is now available. AutoPayPlus is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of various marketing projects by performing the following duties: Responsibilities
Design engaging visuals and graphics for websites, social media, and other digital platforms, various marketing channels, ensuring a consistent voice.
Basic image editing skills for simple enhancements and adjustments, with a basic understanding of typography & color theory
Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such as email, event, social media, or content marketing.
Independently coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
Conduct market research and identify trends.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, a related field, or an Associate degree with a min 1-3 years’ experience working in a marketing role or related position.
Proficiency in graphic design with experience using Adobe CC Suite and Canva.
Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must have a high level of creativity.
Experience with video creation would be helpful.
