Marketing, Communications & Branding Coordinator

The Marketing, Communications and Branding team is responsible for positioning the region as a premier business location on a local, national, and international level.

Job Summary and Responsibilities:

This job description is intended primarily as an illustration of the type of work to be performed by the Marketing, Communications and Branding Coordinator (herein, Coordinator). The Coordinator is a member of the Marketing, Communications and Branding team and reports to the Vice President of Marketing and Branding (herein, VP). This position requires strong organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to be flexible and collaborative across all divisional lines within the Partnership. 

Required Competencies: 

  • Administrative Duties: Manage the administrative needs of the VP including expense reports, scheduling, and calendar, managing emails, messages and requests. 
  • Accounting: Track departmental spending while working with the accounting team to prepare invoices, send invoices, and follow-up accordingly. 
  • Award Entries: Monitors deadlines for all yearly award entries and initiates organizational submissions.
  • Customer Service: Guarantee investor satisfaction through managing customer expectations in a professional manner, anticipating and addressing their questions and requests.
  • Salesforce: Ability to use Salesforce to manage company’s interactions with current and future customers. Organize, automate, and synchronize department activities including engagement and lead tracking. 
  • Goal Tracking: Maintain records of investor accounts to inform managers of progress made towards annual goals both verbally and through Salesforce reports.
  • Coordination: Ability to adjust and proactively respond in a large team, fast-paced environment. including team and cross-organizational meeting coordination, meeting materials, meeting set-up and break down, and presentation materials. 
  • Event Logistics: Assists with the logistical coordination relating to in-and-out of market media and business development missions such as booking corporate travel. 
  • Inventory: Manages promo item inventory in coordination with Creative Director.
