We are seeking a customer service representative to join our Service Department Office Team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction and complete daily data entries and accounts receivables tasks.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy.
- Prepare all daily billing statements and complete daily AR tasks.
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups to customers with outstanding balances to collect.
- Perform data entry to update customer records.
- Create, schedule, and assign job tickets as required.
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and communicate clearly and professionally under pressure.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in over the phone customer service/ phone etiquette
- Ability to provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using data entry programs
- Ability to perform daily accounts receivables tasks with great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Sales experience is beneficial but not required
- Experience in QuickBooks or Housecall would be great but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.50 per hour
