OVERVIEW:
The Administrator is primarily responsible for Salesforce/CRM development work in a Scrum project environment. The Salesforce/CRM Development Team is responsible for achieving the goals of each development cycle; attending daily team meetings; coordinating with other team members; sharing and learning skills relevant to development cycle goals; participating in Scrum events; and working to improve the performance of Development Team.
The Salesforce/CRM Development Team is responsible for a variety of responses to sprint goals and user stories, software implementation, software upgrades, production of training materials, conducting training sessions, developing documentation, and other activities that would add value to the organization during a development cycle.
