Job Summary:
  • Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such that our return on investment is maximized.
  • Design scalable best practice solutions and manage the product road map.
  • Work with IT and stakeholders to define system requirements, customize platform and other system configuration and programming to connect with existing CITGO software and programs. Require programming and extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform.
  • Manage operations data within the software and troubleshoot errors.
  • Act as liaison with vendor to manage the relationship to continually improve, enhance, and maintain the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop reports for Sales, Customer data, other ad hoc reports.
  • Support additional Cloud solutions (e.g. PROS, JIRA, etc) by managing licenses, providing issue ticket support, and customizing platform as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

Degree:

  • College Degree (Bachelors Level).

The minimun number of years of job related experience required by this job is:

  • 3 years.

List any specialized training or unique skills required:

  • Experience with Salesforce Administration.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred.
Job Duties:
  1. Responsible for the functional business use of Salesforce (CRM) and management of the system as it pertains to successful use and adoption by the Lubricants Sales Organization. Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, expand on business process using the tool. Build reports for management
  2. Manage the successful execution, training, and adoption of Salesforce (CRM) across Lubricants. Monitoring effective use, identifying opportunities for improved use, and development of execution plans.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Administration. Create training materials and schedule regular training classes for CITGO Salesforce. Enhance technical capabilities and ensure seamless integration with other software.
  4. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce processes and make recommendations to management pertaining to the expansion of Salesforce processes.
  5. Coordinate with other Salesforce Administrators within CITGO to improve cost efficiencies, and effective implementation of CRM tools and strategies.
  6. Responsible for the mining of pertinent data in Salesforce through maintaining backups in CITGOs own backup subscription.
  7. Manage other Cloud solutions utilized by Lubricants through support ticket facilitation, access management, and customization as required and defined by business users.
