Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our 30,000 square foot facility. Space to include cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, lobbies, offices, hallways and production floor. No Weekends! No Nights! Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and break rooms
- Cleaning debris, snow and ice from entrance ways and parking lot.
Qualifications:
- Be able to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and dependability required.
- Physical stamina and range of motion to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
