Through strategic sourcing principles, we develop Statewide Contracts for goods and services, benefiting not only government agencies but also municipalities and other public entities. Position Overview: As the General Counsel, you'll play a pivotal role in OSD's leadership team, reporting directly to the head of the agency. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all legal affairs across various OSD programs and serve as a key advisor on business and policy initiatives across all business units. From overseeing complex contract negotiations to providing strategic legal advice, you'll have a hand in shaping the legal landscape of government operations.
