Position Summary:
We seek an experienced and highly motivated SDR Director to lead and grow our Sales Development team. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the SDR Director will oversee a team of 5 Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and drive the team's growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading SDR teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
