Human Resources Manager:
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Human Resources Director and is responsible for onboarding, new hire orientation, benefits employee benefits, and employee engagement. Use your Human Resources expertise to support our primary based model. The right HR Professional is excited to help us lead the HR function for our existing Opal Collection Resorts and future expansion in the Sarasota area.
This position requires a strong HR Management with expertise in employee relations, training & development, employee engagement, and building a shared vision and culture.
