Who You Are
You'll collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, Solutions, Client Experience, and Sales. Your primary focus will be translating requirements aimed at surpassing our competitors into actionable insights for our development cycle. This involves a deep understanding of use case-based workflows and converting them into product-specific requirements. You will be bridging the gap between requirement gathering and ensuring these requirements drive value for Ontic, ultimately contributing to revenue generation. You'll also be documenting key competitive gaps and pain points, as well as converting use case-based workflows into product-specific requirements. Additionally, you'll analyze user behavior to inform decision-making processes
