As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at OneTrust, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our rapidly expanding SaaS enterprise platform. This role is specifically designed to provide recent graduates and individuals with less than a year of sales experience the opportunity to launch their careers in the dynamic and rewarding world of sales.
Your MissionAs our SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for converting interested prospects into qualified leads that can be nurtured by our Account Executives. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently drive high-volume activity, maintain a rapid speed to lead, and consistently exceed your assigned KPIs.
Your Responsibilities
For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.
