ONE Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with extensive experience in leading complex projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Leadership qualities, project management certifications, and expertise in specific areas such as SAP, AI/Data, or Cloud Migration are highly desirable.

What you need / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Process certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, or CBP are advantageous.
• Specialized expertise in SAP, AI/Data, or Cloud Migration is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to effectively manage resources and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure project milestones are met and dependencies are managed effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.
• Manage project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders, including progress against objectives, key milestones, and potential risks.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Utilize project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement and optimize project outcomes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments, leveraging knowledge to enhance project delivery and innovation.
