ONE Technology Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale programs and complex multi-workstream projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact initiatives. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall program, guiding project teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Project management certifications, process certifications, and expertise in specialties such as SAP, AI/Data, or Cloud Migration are highly desirable, along with the ability to provide senior-level guidance to both customers and project teams.

What you need / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a demonstrated track record of leading large-scale programs and complex multi-workstream projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus, demonstrating expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Process certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, or CBP are advantageous.
• Specialized expertise in SAP, AI/Data, or Cloud Migration is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide both customers and project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders and executive sponsors.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic focus on problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results with a sense of urgency.

What you'll do:

• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programs and multi-workstream projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
• Define program scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, and develop comprehensive program plans and schedules to drive execution.
• Establish effective governance structures, communication channels, and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into program progress, risks, and issues.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and dependencies, tracking financial performance and resource utilization to ensure optimal allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee risk management and mitigation efforts, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
• Engage with customers, executive sponsors, and key stakeholders to understand requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive process improvements and best practices adoption, leveraging project management methodologies and frameworks to enhance program delivery effectiveness.
• Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and consensus-building among diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and commitment to program goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in program management, applying knowledge to drive innovation and value creation.
