One Point Health Services is Hiring an Office Coordinator Near Dallas, TX

Description:

Primary responsibility is to facilitate the communication functions of the business office and provide clerical support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the communications system which may include mail distribution pagers, phone system, memos, answers incoming calls, documents, and disseminates appropriate messages.
  • Provides clerical support which may include preparation of admission, orientation, an new hire packets; monitoring and ordering office supplies, and forms: typing, special projects, filing, and copying.
  • Competently handle multi-line phone system. Demonstrates understanding of system features.
  • Promotes the Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to patients, families, physicians, and community agencies. Uses effective customer service skills when directing calls and assisting others.
  • Provides computer support and data entry.
  • Promotes effective communication to patient, families, team members, and other healthcare professionals, and maintains confidentiality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork.
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance, and appearance.
  • Adheres to all Company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Adheres to local, state, and federal laws.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by supervisor related to your position and/or department.
  • Ability to work varied hours, nights, days and weekends to support the business needs.

Job Requirements:

  • High School graduate
  • One year of general office experience
  • Excellent computer skills required, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • High-volume customer service experience
  • Excellent phone skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
