JOB SUMMARY

The Patient Coordinator is responsible for providing an excellent patient experience and coordinating flow in the office while maintaining a high level of customer service and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist patients
• Answer phone calls
• Check patients in and out for their appointments
• Verify dental insurance benefits
• Schedule appointments
• Collect payments
• Enter, organize, and update patient records
• Present treatment plans and financial arrangements

REQUIREMENTS

• One year experience in a dental environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• High level of customer service
• Professional and detail oriented
• Proficient in Windows, e-mail, and other computer systems
• Experience working with Insurance Providers preferred
• Bilingual/fluent in Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
