Job Description:

As a Marketing Associate at Omnia US, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing team in executing strategic initiatives to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. You will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels to attract and retain customers.

Salary Range:

$46,500 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, advertising, and promotions.

  Content Creation: Develop compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials.

• 
  Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.

• 
  Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics.

• 
  Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and optimize performance.

  Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.

  Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics).
• Basic understanding of graphic design principles and design software.
