Job Description:

As an Events Coordinator at Omnia US, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of events to promote our brand, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. From trade shows and conferences to product launches and community events, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences that showcase our products and services.

Salary Range:

$21.50 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities:


  • Event Planning:
    Plan and coordinate all aspects of company events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, logistics, and budget management.


  • Event Promotion:
    Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to generate excitement and drive attendance for company events, leveraging various channels such as email, social media, and advertising.


  • Vendor Management:
    Research, negotiate contracts with, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure quality and cost-effective services for events.


  • Attendee Experience:
    Ensure a positive attendee experience by providing clear communication, timely updates, and seamless event logistics, including registration, check-in, and on-site support.


  • Content Development:
    Work with marketing and creative teams to develop event-related content, including presentations, signage, and promotional materials, that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.


  • Sponsorship Coordination:
    Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for events, managing relationships with sponsors and ensuring fulfillment of sponsorship benefits.


  • Post-Event Evaluation:
    Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback from attendees, and identify areas for improvement for future events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in the health and wellness or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging event experiences.
