Job Description:

As a Social Media Coordinator at Omnia US, you will play a key role in managing and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Salary Range:

$41,500- $54,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that aligns with our brand voice, values, and marketing objectives.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing team members to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with followers and engage in conversations on social media platforms to build brand loyalty and trust.
  • Content Calendar: Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and alignment with marketing initiatives and events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
