We were ranked as the fastest growing series A funded start-up in Austin.Job DescriptionAs the Marketing Associate, you will spend your day interacting with software vendors to help them leverage TrustRadius. You'll be the first point of contact for our inbound vendor inquiries. Your challenge will be to identify the right ways - using both phone and email - to persuade and onboard new software vendors. You will also work closely with our business development team to identify revenue opportunities for our products and services. You will report to the VP of Marketing.Your day-to-day:Generate vendor interest for our products and servicesRespond and/or route appropriately our phone and email inbound vendor inquiriesResearch and build vendor contact lists in new software categoriesExecute vendor outreach campaigns via phone and emailFacilitate on-boarding process for new vendorsBe the vendors expert point of contact for working with TrustRadiusManage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce.comProvide suggestions on how we can optimize our vendor marketing programThe ideal candidate is a highly energetic person who enjoys persuading others and can successfully manage a large number of campaigns.
