A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In this office position, you help create a positive experience for our customers. You speak to our clients, answering their questions and addressing any complaints. When there are incoming phone calls, you answer them cheerfully. You speak with current and potential clients about their plumbing needs and book service appointments according to the schedules of our technicians. As you schedule appointments, you keep an open line of communication with our plumbers. You love working directly with our clients and take pride in the top-notch customer service you provide!
