A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SALES

In this administrative position, you are the face and voice of our company. Using your exceptional communication skills, you make a lasting impression on our customers by listening intently and building rapport. You are professional and patient as you handle customer complaints, answer questions, and schedule appointments. Your familiarity with our company products and services allows you to efficiently assist clients. You also collect all relevant information and accurately enter it into the computer system. As an individual who's dedicated to being a team player, you perform a variety of other duties as needed. Helping others and contributing to our company's success is very fulfilling for you!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer skills and the ability to grasp new skills quickly

• Prior sales experience a PLUS!

• Knowledge about how to use Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel as well as Google spreadsheets
n
• Ability to type 50 WPM (words per minute)

• 10-key proficiency
n
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening upon hire
n

Experience with a sales system would be preferred. Do you have solid communication skills? Are you friendly and professional? Can you resolve issues in a calm and collected manner? WORK SCHEDULE

This office position offers stable, part-time OR full-time work and a schedule of up to 40 hrs/week. There are also work-from-home opportunities following our on-site training.
